Pool Closing Services

As the swimming season winds down, it's crucial to properly winterize your pool to prevent costly damage. Trust Royal Backyard Living to close your pool correctly and protect your investment through the cold months.

Standard Pool Closing — $349

For basic swimming pools with a single pump/filter system and a safety cover.

Service Includes:

  • Adjusting water levels
  • Plugging skimmer and return lines
  • Adding anti-freeze to plumbing lines (up to 6 gallons included)
  • Installing winter safety cover
  • Clearing water from all plumbing
  • Draining filter, pumps, and heater

Note:

Chemicals, other than anti-freeze, are billed separately. Replacement parts such as plugs, Gizmos, and similar items are also billed separately. For non-safety covers or more complex systems, the cost is $399.

Pool/Spa Combo Closing — $499

For pools with spas, negative edge catch basins, waterfalls, and other advanced features.

  • Same comprehensive closing service as Standard Closing
  • Tailored to handle additional systems and complexities
  • Chemicals billed separately
