Pool Repairs

A swimming pool is much more than a hole in the ground full of water.  Otherwise, it would be a pond.  Swimming pools and spas require a vessel to hold the water, pumps to move the water, filters to clean the water, heaters to maintain a comfortable and/or therapeutic temperature and much more.  Sometimes these components don’t get along with each other very well and require repair service.  Royal Backyard Living is here to get your swimming pool back to good when problems inevitably arise.

Our range of repair services include:

  • Equipment pad leak repair
  • Heater repair
  • Sand change and other filter repair
  • Safety covers
  • Chlorinators
  • Lighting
  • New equipment installation
  • Salt Systems
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Automatic cleaner repair
  • Vinyl liner replacement
  • Automation
  • Pump / motor replacement
  •

This is not an exhaustive list.  If your issue isn’t listed above, the phone call is free, we may still be able to help. If it’s new equipment installation that you need, we can do that as well.

    Vinyl Liner Replacement

Replacing the liner in your pool is decidedly the number one thing you can do to revitalize your pool and return it to as close to its original beauty as possible.  It is also the most expensive regular maintenance item your pool requires.  As such, you want to make sure that it is done correctly.  Our liner installation expert has 30 years of experience installing hundreds of new liners all over the Kansas City Metro. Plastimayd is our preferred liner manufacturer, however we also offer liners by Tara Liners, GLI Products and Merlin Industries.

If you already know that you will be needing a new liner, be sure and call as early in the spring as possible to avoid a late opening. Liners typically take a 2-3 weeks to arrive after ordering, depending on complexity and other factors.  If you are not sure when you might need a liner, give us a call to schedule a consultation.  There is no cost for the consultation and we will not tell you a new liner is needed if it is not.  We would rather be your first call in a few years when you DO need a new liner.
