Closings

Another swimming season has passed and it’s time to winterize the pool.  Give yourself peace of mind and ensure proper winterization by calling Royal Backyard Living to close your pool for the winter.

Royal Backyard Living Closing service includes:

• Properly adjusting water levels
• Plugging skimmer and return lines
• Addition of anti-freeze to plumbing lines
• Installing winter cover
• Clearing water from all plumbing
• Draining filter, pumps, and heater

Standard Pool Closing - $349

Our Standard Closing is available for basic swimming pools with a single pump/filter system (booster pump for automatic cleaner is considered part of the single pump system) and a safety cover that attaches to the deck with springs or bungies that are part of the cover. Systems with additional features or non-safety covers will be $399. Anti-freeze included in price, all other chemicals additional.  Any parts or supplies needed to close the pool are additional (this includes replacement of worn winterization plugs or damaged Gizmos).  

Pool / Spa Combo - $499

A Pool / Spa Combo closing is available for more complex systems which may include additional features such as pool/spa combos, catch basins (negative edge pools), waterfalls, etc.  Chemicals are billed separately for a Pool / Spa Combo closing due to the many possible configurations inherent in more complex systems.

Up to 6 gallons anti-freeze included in price, all other chemicals additional.  Any parts or supplies needed to close the pool are additional (this includes replacement of worn winterization plugs or damaged Gizmos).
